Reputation is absolutely indispensable. The more and more people (customers) demand perfect services and products, the more and more backed-by-the-executions deeds are necessary to make reputation not only viable but indispensable to sustaining growth.

For a firm, the systematic lack of reputation will mean bankruptcy in due time, generally speaking. So many “risk management” pontificator doggedly forget to analyze this and other risks optimally – such as that of reputation – that no one can “transfer (never ever) to a sub-optimal business model such as that of the insurance and reinsurance companies.

Is this a “customer service” problem – because we are afraid to lose a customer – or is this more of a “disruption potential” to secure or imperil the corporation’s existence? Both are true but the last is truest. A constant succession of blunders, in any firm or organization, in dealing with customer services appropriately is a prevalent problem of relevance but yet of lesser relevance in the financial existence or not of such organization.

These serious mistakes in looking after (or outright neglecting) the client, sometimes “lethal ones, are much deeper signs of many processes going ill in long-ignored and also evident flanks. In part, but not to an invaluable degree, customer service problems are a function of an increasing taking place of “disruption potential” on the corporation’s existence.

You can have the greatest engineers, scientists, academicians, technologists, CFOs, CIOs, and so forth. But if the client is not absolutely DELIGHTED as per his / her own definition of “delighted,” not your marketing/sales/branding/success-capturing strategy but your entire CORPORATE STRATEGY is beyond flawed. Thus, I strongly recommend that people of strategic planning savants operate as a major sub-chapter of the grandest not-insurance-related risk management program and its sophisticated strategy under the CRMO (Chief Risk Manager Officer) who, as well, directly reports to both the CEO and Chairman while said both have palpable express and unconditional backing from the board of directors.

One of the greatest risks – increasingly so in this wildest eons-streaming CHANGED CHANGES era – is the human factor, chiefly the wrongly over-empowered one. It is acknowledged that human beings are “flawed.” Flawed human beings are a function of flawed genetics of said human beings. If scientific and unimpeachable scientific truth is observed, then is significant the ensuing paradigm: “anything (anyone) operating ‘now’ is already obsolete and if not qualitatively upgraded (including the humans), it will grow more and more obsolete.”

Not too long ago a humanely humanitarian, Prof. Malcolm Knowles, Ph.D., heavily involved in education addressed at length about human obsolescence. While Dr. Bertrand Russell indicated: “I know of more people who’d rather die THAN THINK.” Before that Sir Francis Bacon stated, “HE THAT WILL NOT APPLY NEW REMEDIES MUST EXPECT NEW EVILS, FOR TIME IS THE GREATEST INNOVATOR.”

Flawed genetics of said human beings are a function of flawed composition and disposition of the atomic and sub-atomic arrangement of such genetics. And there we can go on towards a much better root cause (seeking the most minuscule granularity of the so-called “details”). In the final analysis, way too many people – in business or Main Street – have major problems of ethics and morality, structurally and in excelsis.

Can you imagine scientists with “flawed” morality making sophisticated and large-scale decisions in order to counter (institute countermeasures as per the applied omniscience and through the systems perspective) the immense existential perils posed by climate and geology globally, that is: on the face of Earth? If some of the most advanced nations failed in the Copenhagen summit about the global climate crisis, How can anyone – in his / her right mind – expect that simpler undertakings (such as an airline’s right customer service “strategy”) will work optimally? Really?

In many blogs and postings I have strongly suggested a solution to prominent representatives of the new high-tech and omniscience “deities” in the “Warped Passages” multiversed block. Ergo, Why don't we pull out a genes-re-engineered vaccine to fix the "gangster" gene cluster(s)?

It is NOT about optimum managers with “soft skills” making their customers feel at home. This is an immeasurable understatement if the insatiable and indefatigable “quid pro quo” exchange is left alone without first and foremost eradicating the actual root problem (incessantly, systemically, and systematically violation of principles, values, ethics, and morality in crescendo for Life). Even when scientists speak about phenotype, it is even beyond scientific proof that when genotypes are better the can sustain the “demands” of the environment, including those demands that damage a child’s life into an “unhealthy” adulthood.

If the global crisis of customer services (and for that matter of best-practiced leadership, management, and business), or the global crisis of geopolitics, climate, geology is acknowledged and cope with IN ACTUALITY, then it would have to be understood that all of that crises are a function of the GLOBAL CRISIS OF CORRUPTION, the mother of all crises.

The GLOBAL CRISIS OF CORRUPTION hugely propelled ubiquitously by the level of population and the ill-and-evil empowerment but pervasive and yet inexpensive technology of each one of the 750 billion souls on Earth.

There is not a facet in personal, professional, and organization life that has not been touched by the extreme empowerment of corruption. ANY MANAGEMENT PRESCRIPTION – THOUGH EXTREMELY INTERESTING – WILL RESULT IN AN ABSURD OVER-REDUCTIONISM.

CREDO: I am a harmonizer and a peace-maker. THE SIXTH SENSE HAS NO GENDER AT ALL (S.I.C.)! It is untrue that this sensing capability belongs to a gender. It only belongs to all genders. There is a great intertwined relationship between the brain's right hemisphere and the left hemisphere and the output sequestered at unison by such interactions. WHY NAPOLEON? I mention Napoleon Bonaparte frequently. He finally got defeated by the British. But I don't admire Napoleon because of his war waging either winning or losing. What I like about Napoleon is the following: (a) The vital importance he gave to education, (b) The extreme stewardship of the most advanced practices pertaining - as conceived by today's exact science practitioners - of the Systems Methodology, (c) His grave interest for learning science, (d) His marked ambition in trying to understand and ultimately cope with all kinds of "phenomena" as per the forces of the Universe (strictly speaking from the scientific stance), and (e) His emphatic gusto for learning and speaking the English language, a recurrent suggestion he made to the people he cared for. Many authors and academicians - speaking of the great captain waging wars - insist that, at least until 1999, the United States military establishment makes thorough doctrines out of Napoleon's "best practices." Corsica, his birthplace, is an isle of extremely proud, rationalistic, and hard-working people. Although Italy and France has fought over Corsica through many years back, Corsicans feel - and make certain the "outsiders" get it - n either Italians nor French ones, just Corsicans. My great-grandfather was Corsican and that explains my paternal surname. I am no deity or official judge to take Napoleon's military contributions to a trial. That is not my problem. However, in the nearest futures and on - and because of A.I.-leveraged bio and non-bio minds -, zillion things will be imagined and conceived with zero precedence. And to make things even better and/or worse, there will be the most unprecedented capabilities of manufacturing those truly new imaginations and conceptions. If the aforementioned people - who repeatedly pontificate ignorance dressed of monarchy as per their desires - will just pay attention to the registered and authenticated hard-core data concerning doubling speed of technology, they would never dare making such understatements, understatements that cause people to expect foolish things like some sort of "homeostasis-ed" rate of (a) change, and (b) chaos.

I CAN CERTAINLY OFFER REAL AND ACTIONABLE HOPE ONCE WE COME EVEN-HANDED WITH THE HARD-CORE SCIENTIFIC REALITIES. QUESTION: WHAT FACTS DO WE NEED TO EVADE FROM? SAY = We continue to create new ideas (as well as UPSIDE and DOWNSIDE disruption potential) that add to the world's 'Three Of Knowledge'. Humans have been adding to their total knowledge steadfastly over centuries, and the amount of knowledge we create is multiplying at an incredible rate. Beginning with the amount of knowledge in the known world (having always existed an unknown or "discrete" world”at the time of Christ, studies have estimated that the first KNOWLEDGE DOUBLING took place about 1700 A.D. My ultimate end is to resolve, directly and/or indirectly, extremely complex problems under universal legitimacy, ethic, and own proprietary techniques and/or otherwise. Many of those problems entail the safety and security of people under over-complex criticalities.
